Acceptance of Terms

By applying for membership, accessing the Platform, attending an event, using any Ledger Society service, or otherwise engaging with the Ledger Society ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or Services.

‍

Membership Eligibility

‍

Membership is available through application, invitation, or a combination thereof.

‍

All applicants are subject to a review and verification process designed to maintain the quality, integrity, and objectives of the Ledger Society community.

‍

Membership evaluations may consider factors including professional achievements, business experience, vision, financial standing, reputation, entrepreneurial background, and other relevant criteria. Such evaluations are conducted solely for community suitability purposes and shall not be based on any legally protected characteristic.

‍

Applicants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

‍

Ledger Society reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and without  providing any explanation.

‍

Membership may be granted to both individuals and legal entities. Where a legal entity is admitted, only one designated representative shall receive membership access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

‍

Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be assigned, sold, shared, or transferred  to another person or entity.

‍

Membership Fees and Renewals

Membership fees are charged annually.

‍

Memberships do not renew automatically.

‍

All membership renewals are subject to review and approval by Ledger Society.

‍

Membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

‍

Where legally required for consumers residing in the European Union, a statutory withdrawal period may apply.

‍

Members who expressly request immediate access to digital services acknowledge that any applicable withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost once Services have commenced or have been fully performed, to the extent permitted by law.

‍

No refunds shall be provided for:

Partially used memberships;
Attended events;
Consumed services;
Concierge services;
Third-party bookings;
Travel expenses;
Accommodation expenses;
Visa costs;Insurance costs;
Medical costs.

Any refund exception shall remain solely at the discretion of Ledger Society.

‍

Events, Retreats and Experiences

‍

Membership may include access to selected events, retreats, gala dinners, masterminds, educational sessions, networking experiences, and other experiences organized by Ledger Society.

‍

Travel, accommodation, insurance, visa expenses, medical expenses, and other personal costs remain solely  the responsibility of the member.

‍

Ledger Society reserves the right to postpone, modify, relocate, reschedule, or cancel any event  where reasonably necessary.

‍

Where an event is cancelled, members will generally receive access to the rescheduled event.

‍

Participation in all events is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the member's own risk.

‍

Ledger Society shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, losses, theft, illness, delays, travel disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

‍

Concierge and Bespoke Services

Concierge services, advisory services, and bespoke solutions may be facilitated through carefully selected third-party providers.

‍

While Ledger Society will make reasonable efforts to assist members and facilitate solutions, Ledger Society does not guarantee availability, timing, outcomes, or performance of any third-party service.

‍

Each third-party provider remains solely responsible for its own products and services.

‍

Business Matching and Introductions

‍

Ledger Society may use profile information, interests, expertise, business activities, goals, and other information to facilitate introductions between members.

‍

Ledger Society acts solely as a facilitator of introductions and networking opportunities.

‍

Ledger Society does not act as an investment advisor, financial advisor, broker, recruiter, intermediary, fiduciary, agent, or business consultant.

‍

Ledger Society does not guarantee:

Business partnerships;
Commercial agreements;
Investments;
Employment opportunities;
Revenue generation;
Business success;
Personal success;
Any specific outcome.

Members remain solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before entering into any transaction, relationship, or agreement.

Opportunities and Founder Spotlight Features

‍

The Platform may contain information relating to founders, companies, startups, real estate opportunities, business opportunities, financial technologies, artificial intelligence ventures, health ventures, sports ventures, and other industries.

‍

Such information is provided strictly for informational, networking, and community purposes.

‍

Ledger Society:

Does not provide investment advice;
Does not arrange investments;
Does not manage investments;
Does not execute transactions;
Does not provide regulated financial services.

Ledger Society does not verify, guarantee, endorse, warrant, or represent the profitability, legality, viability, suitability, accuracy, or success of any opportunity, company, founder, project, startup, investment, real estate opportunity, or business opportunity displayed on the Platform.

Any regulated activities are conducted solely by the relevant operators, founders, companies, advisors, service providers, or licensed third parties responsible for such activities.

‍

Members must independently assess any opportunity before engaging with it.

‍

Regulatory Status

‍

Ledger Society is a private membership community, networking platform, educational ecosystem, event organizer, and concierge facilitator.

‍

Ledger Society is not a bank, financial institution, investment manager, broker-dealer, crowdfunding platform, real estate broker, securities intermediary, or regulated financial services provider.

‍

Nothing contained within the Platform, events, communications, educational materials, founder profiles, opportunity showcases, presentations, introductions, or networking activities shall be interpreted as financial, legal, tax, investment, or wealth management advice, nor as a solicitation to invest or enter into any transaction.

‍

Members remain solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice and conducting their own due diligence.
